We created a Florida style waterfront home in a timeless design. The tin roof and the wide Southern porches underlining this concept. Everything looks inviting and relaxing. You want to have a lemonade and watching the sunset over the bay. 

We built this outdoor area for fun and relaxation. The incredible pool and decks take outdoor entertaining to the next level. This backyard retreat is the perfect spot for poolside lounging or to entertain friends and family. After a long day on the water, relax by your sleek heated pool and spa or warm up by the fire pit. 

The large dock and two boat lifts are the perfect launch spot for water toys.

Walk up the stairs or take the elevator up the second-floor living area and you will see the most impressive custom built glass dry bar. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open with endless water views. 

The open dining area design creates a seamless flow from the kitchen to the dining room. The chef will be delighted with the top-of-the-line appliances and the gas stove. The designer bamboo cabinets throughout the kitchen and entire home are exquisite.
