Bee Ridge Project

Sarasota, Bee Ridge Area - Interior Remodel

We just completed a project that involves major structural alterations and we are sharing the before and after views. We invite you to take a virtual tour of the house prior to the construction and the final result.

The remodeling includes the kitchen and living room primarily. Additionally, we did all new flooring, removing the fireplace and changed the location of the door to the garage. Finally, we painted everything, as well as adding some finishing touches like paneling and house lightning.

The homeowners can now enjoy a Gourmet Chef's Kitchen and modern Living and Dining area to entertain their guests.

Entering the House

You will notice the high ceiling and the open view from the living room to the lake. The color theme is vivid and exciting. The light Beech flooring complements the rich color of the carpets. The whole house seems to say 'welcome happy to have you here.'

A wall separates the dining room on the right from the kitchen. It provides sufficient privacy during a sit-down dinner.

A Chef's Kitchen

The complete remodeling of the kitchen was quite transformative and resulted in a new orientation and configuration. Our clients love their energetic new space.

The new kitchen design project transforms an outdated, cramped kitchen into an airy, free-flowing space with ample room for both ... the home chef and family socializing. We created two spacious islands for preparation and entertainment. Finally, for ample storage, there are all sorts of pullout custom drawers and pantry sections.

All appliances are now Goldstar and Subzero ... of course, the Subzero's have panels matching the cabinets.

Living Room - A place to Relax

The main objective in remodeling the living room was removing the unused fireplace. The homeowners choose a color scheme to blend the kitchen and the living space into one.

We reconfigured the lighting throughout the living and kitchen area. We used accent lighting for the living room to provide atmosphere and to highlight architectural features in addition to task lighting for the reading area. For the kitchen, we favored bright lights for optimal working conditions.
